This is a Private Fan Room with two bunk beds perfect for up to four pax. No other guests will be sharing a room with you. Guests can enjoy fast unlimited internet browsing during their stay.

It is ideal for travelers and those who would want to spend a night or two in the City of Love (Iloilo City). It is near to SM City Mandurriao and Injap Tower. 24hour stores like 7/11 and Quixmart are also nearby.

The house is located in Barangay Bolilao Mandurriao, near Day Care Center

The house has four private rooms and three shared bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy watching TV, read a book or mingle with other guests in the living room.

No Curfew Time. Guests will have their own keys to their assigned rooms.

Shampoo and Liquid Bath Soap are available for free in the Bathroom. Towels are provided upon check in.

Cooking and eating utensils are availble in the kitchen for those who would want to prepare their own food. For cooking, we use Butane Gas. For guests who would want to cook, they may need to buy the butane gas at P80/can. Other appliances like the fridge, rice cooker and electric kettle are also available. Purified drinking water is free.

Guests have access to their own room, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathrooms. There will be no restrictions as long as we can maintain peace and quite in the house.

The host is available 24/7 and just a text or call away.

You can have a good rest or sleep from a tiring day.

From Injap Tower Hotel just across SM City you can take a walk going to Bolilao.
Then you can either ride a pedicab or choose to go on foot.

If you ride a pedicab, you can ask the driver to drop you off at the Day Care Center.

If you prefer to exercise a bit by walking for 5-10 minutes, you can walk until you reached the Day Care Center.

Wifi is now available as of September 2019. Guests can now enjoy free internet access during their entire stay.
