Our philosophy is :"Home is where you make it yours". And since then, we have not only built our home but also tried to create the home-like feeling for many others who visit this place.

My place is a 65m2 cozy apartment where you can find all the convenience at your doorstep. The premise is located in the heart of a vibrant and colourful neighborhood, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Everything was well-prepared for you and your farmily to just move in and settle down for a while ;-).

What our place offer for free?
**Security: government CCTV on the streets; police patrols; 24hours cameras surveillance at every corner of the property.
**Easy to access: electricity doors, elevator; stair
**modern & fully furnished 65m2 apartment with separate bedroom (both equip A/C): sofa; TV; dining table set; pot and pan; dishes and cutlery; TV; WIFI free; free bottled water; glassware; bedding (random colour); air mattress (free -upon request); iron&table (free-request); towels; laundry machine; clothes dryer (share); dryer; kettle; closet; microwave.
Other items that you need might be found at the minimart (our reception)
**Walking distance to (<5mins): My Khe beach; seafood; spa; Korean BBQ; 24h convenience stores; Food Night Market; instagrammable coffeteria & pub; multicultural restaurants
**Service:
-Reception: at C+ mart 1st floor from 6am-11pm. After that you can call us through the phone
-Sim&Card (request)
-Simple decoration (request)
-beach essentials (some request & some subject to charge).

I'll try to response on agoda app as fast as possible. My employees at the minimart are also willing to assist you the most they can but important decisions must come though me.
If you are caught in any trouble while you are here, call me personally or our hotline. We can assist you in almost anything !

If you need anything during your trip, our convenience store at the first floor is open during almost every time of the day

At night, you can have a sparkle view of the Ngon Thi Hoa restaurant at the opposite side, immersed in the charming light of all those lanterns.

You can walk to My Khe Beach for 4 minutes, Factory Coffee Roaster is at the corner; Ngon Thi Hoa restaurant is at the opposite; An Thuong Night Market is right behind our place.

You should rent a motorcycle to travel (~10USD/day: We do assist this); or use the apps (Grab/Bee) but this is more expensive.
