Located on the 17th floor of Manchester Tower in Dubai Marina, you will certainly enjoy the city landscape views from the balcony of this beautiful apartment for three. The apartment has a cozy interior with light-colored furniture, and is all inclusive of everything one might need for a comfortable stay.

Manchester tower is a residential building that stands tall at 127 meters and has 30 storeys above ground. It is situated in a strategic location, close to the Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City. The Manchester Tower faces Al Seba Street, which connects the building with King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud St (D94). Also, this community boats extensive amenities such as pool, gym, and day-care; so all the members of the family can have a perfect vacation!

Residents are provided dedicated parking spots in Manchester Tower, Marina. However, guests will have to park on the street as there are no covered parking areas for visitors.

Other details to note 

• While we want the experience to be absolutely carefree, the check in/check outs are flexible, depending on the nature of the booking, we always make the supervisors available.
• The timings need to be followed but no extra charges on request for an additional hour is required.
•  When you enter the apartment, please guide yourself to the table, there will be a Welcome Letter (including the passwords/building information) and a House Rule manual.
•  I recommend you to go through it.
•  A security deposit will always be held with us till the check out to ensure the apartment is in good condition.
•  For your convenience, please provide me with your passport copies beforehand as I need to submit them at the reception. Additionally, I can give you tips for your stay.
•  To drink something at the arrival, there would be complimentary Tea/Coffee/Water.
•  Please feel free to request anything in addition and we will get it prepared for you (On request).
