Welcome you to my Hawai Apartment. I am here to offer you a comfortable accommodation where you can relax and recharge your energy after the long flight and a long day of traveling around the city. Our apartment in District 4, it's very convenient to move to famous places in Saigon. 5 MINS TO MAIN CITY ATTRACTIONS such as Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Independence Palace, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, 10 -15 MINS to TAN SON NHAT airport.

✅LIVING ROOM: You can relax on the sofa and watch lots of free channels on cable tv, with an air-conditioner or enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and access to the internet with high-speed wifi. Besides, air-freshener, tissues, carpet, shoe storage & slippers are provided.
✅BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms with KING-SIZED BEDS and AIR-CONDITIONERS & HIGH-QUALITY BEDDINGS will make you feel comfortable falling asleep after a long day of working/exploring the city. Each room has cozy WOODEN FLOOR & CLOSET with HANGERS inside. This is suitable for a family or a big group of friends.
✅BATHROOMS: 2 bathrooms are designed with GLASS SHOWER ENCLOSURE, lavabo & toilet. HOT WATER, TOWELS, SHAMPOO, SHOWER GEL, HAND SANITIZER, HAIR DRYER, TOOTHPASTE, COMB and TOILET PAPERS are provided.
✅KITCHEN: Unlike a hotel room, here you can cook your meals in a clean kitchen with INDUCTION STOVE, RICE COOKER, ELECTRIC KETTLE, MICROWAVE, OVEN, REFRIGERATOR, PANS, POTS, BOWLS, WINE GLASSES, KNIVES, and other cooking utensils. A nice set of dining table with many seats will help you enjoy your meal more deliciously.
✅LAUNDRY ROOM: WASHING MACHINE, DRYER, DETERGENT & FABRIC SOFTENER are provided.
✅FREE OF CHARGE: Luggage storage, WIFI (strong and for your own with a router inside the apartment), 3 AIR-CONDITIONERS (1 in the living room, 2 in bedrooms), WATER, ELECTRICITY, WASHING MACHINE, DRYER, building access at any time.
✅THE BUILDING: The TRESOR complex is a brand new building. This is the luxury building in District 4 with some FREE outstanding features:
🔴LOBBY: The building has 5 lobbies. Each lobby has each bench so you can comfortably stay there while waiting for taxis or relax.
🔴OPEN and Security guards are available 24/7, Receptionist is also at the lobbies every day from 8 am to 5 pm.
🔴WELL-EQUIPPED GYM: with full modern gym equipment on the M Floor. It opens from 6 am to 9 pm every day.
🔴SWIMMING POOL: A big nice pool for adults and a pool next to for children on the 2nd floor of the building. There are sun loungers here for sunbathing and table&armchairs for relaxing. It opens from 6 am to 9 pm.
🔴CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND: There are 2 areas of the children’s playground in the building.
🔸The first one is on the second floor, the same location for Swimming Pool, It’s next to the pool, this is a kind of indoor playground.
🔸The second one is on the rooftop, it’s the outdoor playground.
There are slides, sea saw, rocking horse, Swing... in here. Both open from 6 am to 9 pm.

🔸A big park on the top of the building (34th floor) where you could have a MAGNIFICENT VIEW of THE WHOLE CITY & SAIGON RIVER. Here you can go for a WALK, JOG, do EXERCISE, do YOGA, enjoy coffee and so on.
🔸OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND for CHILDREN with sea saw slides and some other kinds of games for children.
🔸BBQ areas are on the rooftop. You can enjoy your BBQ party or other food and drink here, it’s very cool. The table and chairs and ovens are available for your party.
🔴CONVENIENCE STORES: 7-Eleven, Vin-mart, the convenience store is on the ground floor of the building, opens 24/7. GOURMET MARKET opens from 6 am till 10 pm.
🔴TAXIS/ GRAB: There should be no hassle for calling for a taxi here. Grab taxis/motorbikes are a convenient means of transport in
🔴PARKING AREA: the building has 4 basements in total. If you have a motorbike or a car (or when your friends come to visit you), you could park your vehicles on the basements. A small fee will be charged for each of your parking.
🔴ELEVATOR: 16 elevators, rather spacious, smooth movement, 24/7.
🔴PUBLIC TOILETS: there are 8 public toilets at the swimming pool area; and 4 public toilets on the Rooftop.
🔴EXIT: one-way exit doors from the rooftop to the ground floor.
- Guests can access to everything in the apartment, there is nothing to share with others.
- Access to the Building, Elevators, Basement, Swimming Pool, Gym, BBQ, Rooftop by Residence Card - 24 hours checks in.
- Access to the apartment by electronic lock on the door (we will provide you the new password of the lock when you book the apartment)

The apartment has a perfect location:
- RIVERSIDE (1’ walk): Right across the building is a riverside park where you can jog or take a relaxing walk under the trees.

+ You can use Grab to book cars, motorbike with very cheap price.. all are just on the ground floor
These are some notes:
- You can check-in at any time after 2 pm. Sorry that we cannot provide early check-in. However, we can help to store your luggage for free untill the check in time. Please let me know in advance.
- Check-out time is before 12 pm (noon). Sorry that we cannot provide late check-out. However, we can help to store luggage for free in case you have late flight after you check out.
- I will need some info in your passport for registration. It's simple, you just show me your passport and we will do other steps. This is the policy of the Vietnamese Government and is a common thing when you travel anywhere in Vietnam.
- The building has elevators: I will give you cards to use elevators.
- Receptionist & security guards in the building are not my staff, but they can help you in some cases.
- 24-hour access, no restrictions (please always bring the cards with you)
- The apartment is not shared; you are the only guests during your stay.
