The space
As you approach the Apartment you are greeted with a welcoming balcony that faces a beautiful park perfect for walks and picnics.

There is a cosy living/dining area with a sofa bed and dining complete with a large 50inch Flat-screen TV with Free Netflix and a host of other entertainment apps for your viewing pleasure. We also have Superfast WIFI with 150mps.

Other things to note
The property is equipped with a CCTV camera facing the front door only. Also, this home is equipped with a decibel monitor to help us prevent parties. The monitor only registers sustained noise levels over a decibel threshold and does not record voices or specific sounds.
