The living area will welcome you with huge and comfy sofas where you can sit back and relax while watching your favorite shows on the HD TV. Vibrant colors of the pillows and art pieces are provided as well to balance the mood for a perfect relaxation during your stay!

The dining area is furnished with soft brown chairs and a huge rectangular table to comfortably sit six persons if you have some friends who might want to come over for a lunch and catch-up.

In case you fancy cooking more than eating out, the kitchen has got you covered with all the basics. All appliances and cookware are provided for your comfortable stay.

Both bedrooms comes with king-sized beds fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows. Mattresses are ultra-soft that you can dive in after a long day exploring Downtown and nearby attractions.

The apartment also comes with a balcony where you can have a nice sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning before heading out for new adventures.

Soft towels are provided for the guests including a shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion with a welcome pack upon arrival.

Downtown Dubai is a dynamic city hub described as ’The Centre of Now’ that has cemented Dubai’s reputation as a truly global city. The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modeled after some famous ones around the world. It has a unique mix of aesthetically designed residential towers and commercial precincts. It boasts of several world-class hotels including the world’s first Armani Hotel and Emaar’s flagship The Address, Vida, and Manzil hotels.

Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is approximately 10 minutes away. You can get on a train, get around and explore Dubai easily.

If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (25min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
