The main bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, and the second room is furnished with a tri-bunk bed; a double bed at the bottom and 1 single bed on top. The bathroom features a separate shower and bath, basin and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and a washing machine to do laundry.

The adjacent open-plan living room has a TV for media entertainment. The living area opens onto a balcony, which features a built-in braai facility and lovely views of the salt water canal, and area. Secure parking is available.
