The Three Oaks is located about 8 hours from Delhi by road. For those coming via train and arriving at Kathgodam station, it would take about two and a half hours from the station.

At our abode, you get to reside in a sustainably and artistically built villa that has all the modern facilities while being situated in a verdant forest area. The property receives ample sunlight and the front lawn is the perfect place to lounge with a book from our elaborate collection. Mornings and evenings make for great times to head out for a short hike or a cycling trip. All this while, the caretaker- Prem will be assisting you with the property amenities and will be available to cook delicious meals.

The Three Oaks has 4 bedrooms that are available for rent. In addition, the property includes a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a TV and speaker, a dining area, a lawn with swing chairs and a croquet game set and an entertainment room with the following facilities:

7) Board games

In addition to this we also have a basketball hoop and badminton racquets should you wish to indulge in outdoor sports. For the cycling enthusiasts, we have 4 mountain cycles ready at your disposal.

As you wind up your day, Prem will be happy to set up a bonfire or barbecue for you under the starry sky.

The closest market area is Nathuakhan which is located about 20 minutes from Three Oaks. Basic amenities such as bread, milk and biscuits can be procured from a shop adjacent to the property. An advance notice of food and grocery requirements can be given.

The property has parking space available for two cars. There is adequate network coverage and WiFi is provided for in the main living area. In addition, we have included a portable hotspot in the office room.

Though there are oil heaters in every room, guests are advised to carry adequate warm clothing as the nights can get very cold during winters.

Hartola is a serene little hamlet located in the Nainital district in the state of Uttarakhand in India. Located at a height of 7000ft, on a clear day, Hartola provides a spectacular view of the Kumaon Himalayas including Nandaghunti, Trishul, Nanda Devi, Nandakot. The village is far away from the hustle and bustle of famous tourist spots like Nainital, Ranikhet, Almora.

Subject to availability,a vehicle can be arranged by the Cottage for visit to nearby areas. But what you may like most is to go for long walks in the cool breeze on village road or the main road above the Cottage.

1) Breakfast is complimentary. Lunch and Dinner can be prepared at additional charges if adequate prior intimation is given.

2) Simple home cooked Indian meals will be served. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform in advance.

3) Bonfire and barbecue will require prior notice.
