THE VILLA, with 2 Floors :
GROUND FLOOR
1) Open living-dining-kitchen, the real tropical way of living, with curtains to close when it rains). The villa is fully equipped with modern facilities you may need;
- Free WIFI (high speed stable fiber optic, fix IP) for every rooms in the villa
- Living area with sofas, armchair and stool, 40” LED smart TV and cable TV
- Dining table with 8 seats.
- Fully equipped kitchen with 2 bar stools, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, dinner set, cutlery, coffee set, glasses

2) Bedroom 2, one king size bed, one 3 seats sofa, dressing/ writing table, wardrobe, cabinets
- Bathroom 2, open bathroom with private garden, this bathroom is shared with the living area

OVERALL ABOUT THE VILLA & CAUTIONS

The Main Villa :

Our villa is open design, living semi outdoor with nature. There are insects, mosquitos, animals such as monkey, frogs, lizards, birds, squirrels, cats, etc. Please keep your bedroom-bathroom doors and all cabinets-drawers at the living-kitchen closed all the time. Keep your belongings with you or in the safe, keep food, drinks and snacks inside the fridge or cabinet.

Swimming Pool :
Please take all possible care when using the swimming pool. Children when using the swimming pool must be supervised by an adult at all times. The edges of the bench and stairs inside the pool could be dangerous if you are not careful. The landlord accepts no responsibility for any injuries.
The swimming pool cleaning schedule is fixed : every Sunday and Wednesday morning

Relaxing Sala and Dining Sala :
We provide tables, chairs, sun beds, hammocks, bean bags for you. Please put Towels on the bean bags when you are wet and sit on them. Please help us bring all bean bags to keep in the Sala when you don’t use them, in case it rains.

Tree Terrace :
You can bring the beanbags up on the tree terrace, please help us to bring them down after use. Please be careful about the children to go up there. The railing is quite open. The landlord accepts no responsibility for any injuries.

Air Conditioning and Fans :
We preserve nature and environment so please help us to switch off ACs when you are not in the rooms. If we see ACs on while nobody is in the room, we will switch off

Keys for the Villa :
We will give you the key of all bedrooms, normally in this area is safe and we have our staffs around full time, but for your confidence you can lock the rooms when you go out of the villa.

Safety deposit box :
There is a safe deposit box in each bedroom. Please follow the instruction we put at the safe, to set your new code.

Electric Control panel :
The control panel of main house is above the washing machine, please contact us if there’re any problems. In this area there is power cut sometimes but normally not longer than 3 hours.

Hair dryer :
Hair dryers are in all bedrooms at the dressing table.

Bathrooms :
We have hot water in shower rooms, normal water at the wash basins.

Toilets and Tissue Paper :
Due to the drainage system close to the sea; please do not put tissue in the toilets as it can block the system. Please place tissues or sanitary napkins in the bin we provided next to the toilets. If any toilet is blocked, we charge Baht 1,000 each.

All spaces mentioned above are private for your group except laundry area in the villa.

The main gate to the compound is shared among Amantara villa and other 2 private villas belonging to the host and family. The host live next door to Amantara villa

Mainly we rent the villa, extra services are out-sources that the guests will have to contact directly by themselves. We will give all contacts after the guests book the villa

The Thalane beach still remains a very secluded place far from the busy district of Ao Nang that is half hour away by car. Perfect for peaceful holidays. More suitable for families or group of friends who love nature and peaceful/ quiet environment.

The villa is 35 km from the international Krabi airport (40 to 45 minutes by car), 27 to 30km from big supermarket, busy district of Ao Nang, shopping area and Krabi town (25 to 30 minutes by car)

For all 4BR, ACCOMMODATE 8 to 10 persons (age above 3), age less than 3 years old is free
The price is for 8 persons, EXTRA CHARGE is Baht 1,000 per person.

RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES

HOUSE MAID (Works and schedule)

- Clean the living area in the morning before 8 am
- Clean the bedrooms and bathrooms at 14.00 (Making beds, clean the rooms and bathrooms)
** If the guests are still in the bedrooms at 14.00 we will skip to do it the next day at the standard time, otherwise the guests can request the specific time in advance,
** In case you eat or party in the villa and request the maid to clean the kitchen and wash the dishes, we will have extra charges

*** DURING COVID time, please communicate by chat or telephone call, unless necessary
*** Our staffs will wear the mask while working in the house, when you talk to them please wear mask as well or keep social distancing
*** We clean our villa properly before check in, following government's recommendations. During your stay please help to keep your hands clean as well.

BED LINENS
Change every seven (7) days or per stay. If you want to change before schedule, the service and laundry cost will be charged Baht 700 per one set.

TOWELS
Towels are provided in all bedrooms, one set per person, one XL size for the pool, size L for the bathrooms. The towels will be change every 3-4 days (depend on length of stay) to help preserving the environment.

COMPLEMENTARY SHOWER GEL, SHAMPOO+ HAIR CONDITIONER, TOILET PAPER AND TISSUE

DRINKING WATER
We give free drinking water in the jug in every room and in the fridge. You can request for refill. Tap water is NOT of a drinkable or potable standard. Do Not drink from the tap.

PADDLE BOARD
The guests can use them as a complimentary from the villa

We have a recommended services company to organize transportation, tour service, food delivery, massage, etc … You can contact them after you book

TAXI & TRANSPORTATION
As an indication, note that the price for a transfer from the International Airport of Krabi to our place (35 km, 45 mns) will be in the range of 1,000 to 1,500 Thb depending on the size of the car/van
and timing.
- Airport pick up, 11 seats van=Baht 1,000 (One way without stop), Baht 1,100 (One way with one stop at the mini mart or Makro on the way to the house)
- If you call taxi back to the house from other places, please save the villa position in your phone, or tell them to search in the map for “Amantara Villa”, then they can follow GPS

LAUNDRY
The washing machine is private for the host and staffs. We charge Baht 300-400 per one round of washing, approximately 6-8 kg (Include wash and dry). Extra charge for Ironing as per requested.
