Worry about cleanliness?? Dont worry, we sanitized our unit frequently, all the linens and towels is wash by hot water . Cleanliness is always our priority. My studio is brightly decorated with a modern design, which gives you a comfort and exotic living space. All necessities are provided, such as clean towels, toiletries, refreshments, tableware & utensils, where you can move in without packing your luggage. Moreover, you can find convenient store, café restaurant and laundry shop at the lobby floor. You can also enjoy the condo’s facilities, such as gym, swimming pool, hot tub, podium garden & playground , where you can spend your free times.Unit come with1 queen size bed & 2 sofa beds.(if you have small kids, can use our sofa bed ). Dettol hand wash is provided in unit.

All facilities in condo such as Gymnasium, 50m swimming pool, wading pool, steam room, playground, ( BBQ pit area, Tennis court & basket ball court - need 3days in advance ) ,Laundry cafe & mini store

Shopping mall is just behind the condo,about 1min walking distance from lobby and 2mins walk to Convention.You can found many restaurant such as western food,korea food,japanese food &many more in the mall.Surrounding by commercial hub,if you need a place for relax like have a coffee or tea, there are few cafes around the condo.

It's easy access to NKVE highway,just take 20mins to PJ ,30mins to 40mins to KL City & KLIA.Setia alam night market is a must visit place,it's longest night market in Malaysia. You can drive or Grab to there,around 5mins to get there. Eco ardence Labs (big park & for insta photo) , Pola Dola glass house coffee shop, D network leisure park , Setia city mall (2 malls ) & Setia community hiking hill is the place that you shouldn't miss to visit in Setia alam.

1)The number of guest in room must not exceed the number of guests registered on the reservation, otherwise penalty RM500 will charge on guest.
2)Please note that the bath towel only can use as bath towel, if use for clean other stain or dirt, we will impose penalty if the stain on towel cant be remove.
3)Smoking is not allow in unit , only allow in balcony ,and make sure close balcony door . No smoking allow near lift area, will cause SMOKE ALARM! Penalty from management will bear by guest if smoke in or nearby the lift area.
