Relax in the evenings in this amazing space with sunset cocktails or a chilled-out games night, then retire to one of the five en suite bedrooms – all with garden views. The spectacular natural surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for photoshoots as well as absolute tranquillity only a 5-minute drive from the Nai Harn main road and beach. And if you need to make it a working holiday (or keep up with your current Netflix series) the villa has business-grade internet throughout.

You’ll not only have access to the full villa, but can also make use of the rest of the private Nai Harn Baan-Bua estate with its parks and lakes. Take a morning walk or jog within the park and down to the beach, or head to nearby Rawai and Chalong in just a few minutes by motorbike or car for dining and entertainment. Need assistance? We’re available around the clock and can also provide staff such as cooks and housekeepers during the daytime and evening upon request.

HOUSE RULES
by requesting to book you and all guests agree to the house rules
1. No additional fees except of electricity. Electricity - 7 THB/kW (please switch off air conditioning when leaving your room).
2. Please do not put toilet paper or sanitary items inside the toilet.
3. No smoking in any indoor area of the villa, if our staff can smell cigarette smoke inside the villa, this will incur an automatic 10,000THB charge per each time it was noticed to guest account. This is not negotiable and will automatically be charged from your damage deposit.
4. Any damage to the house furnishings will be charged with a minimum of 1,000THB, or if the value of the item is higher than 1,000 THB with an original purchase price +20% service charge.
5. Please wash all the dishes before your check-out. A fee for washing the unwashed dishes upon check out 1,000 THB.
6. Please keep all the towels and bedsheets clean – use them by their direct function. Do not leave any permanent stains on it. Stained Towels will need to be replaced at the original price +20% service charge, whch will be billed back to the guest.
7. Please put all garbage into designated trash bins outside the property. Do not leave garbage in any other areas.
8 Please no glass in the pool and pool area. If this is not adhered to and any broken glass occurs around the pool, a fee of 20,000THB will be payable for draining the pool checking for broken glass.
9. Please NO LOUD MUSIC or PARTY AFTER 10:00PM. If this rule is not followed an eviction with no refund for the remaining nights will be executed.
10. Please park your car at designated parking areas. Do not obstruct the area between the villas with your car, as access is required for 24 hours a day.
11. No pets allowed
12. No durian please.
13. Please do not move furniture inside the villa without permission.
14. Please keep all your valuable belongings inside the safety deposit box.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Our concierge service can pick you up from the airport and take you directly to the villa (for an additional 1,000-1,400 THB, depending on the time and number of guests) where we will be waiting to check you in at any time of the day or night.
- Children and infants are welcome. On request we can provide baby chairs or convertible baby cots free of charge, or a baby bed for 100 THB per night.
- BBQ sets (BBQ and charcoal) are available for 500 THB per stay. Please order before arrival.
