1. STRICTLY no party, any activity causing loud noise or illegal activities. Please also respect other users when using the common area/facilities of the building. We are responsible hosts who respect our neighbours and require our guests to do the same. We will not hesitate to remove guests who broke our house rules and no refund will be offered.

2. Please enter the correct number of guest as we will prepare the unit based on the information on your (URL HIDDEN)

3. A kind reminder to ensure yourself enough time to pack and leave nothing behind after your check out. We will not be responsible for your belongings. Our housekeepers are trained to dispose of anything left behind if found, including food and valuables, unless clearly stated as tips.

4. Smoking inside our unit, including balcony, and any restricted areas in the building is STRONGLY PROHIBITED. We will not hesitate to apply RM200 penalty on such activities.

5. We welcome you to extend your stay with us by informing us at least one day before. Note that transportation fee for the cleaning agent of RM20 is applicable for extension completed less than 3 hours before check out time (11am).
