This is a brand new home and has been built to certified passive house standard so it is very warm and comfortable yet requires no heating. A great opportunity to experience a low energy home built to very high standards with a Scandinavian feel.



Guests will have access to the entire home and surrounds. Landscaping is still being completed but guests can still enjoy the rural setting, the house is surrounded by paddocks great for walking along and there is a large outside deck area for entertaining. The house has unlimited super high speed internet and Netflix etc for guests enjoyment when not out and about.



There will always be someone on the premises nearby for guests to contact for any enquiries and guests will be greeted and shown around on arrival.



Speargrass Flat is a stunning rural setting that is very peaceful and relaxed. Lake Hayes is nearby as is Millbrook Resort and Arrowtown. Our views across to Coronet Peak ski area are spectacular making for a great winter holiday spot. We have bike trails, Art Galleries and a cafè down the road.



It would be best to have a rental car for this location. There is a bus service running between nearby Arrowtown and the centre of Queenstown. A taxi from here to Queenstown is approximately $50.



There is a 10kWh Electric car charging facility on the home for Electric and PHEV vehicles.House Rules:- We ask for guests to be respectful of this new home. It is best suited to families or people looking for a more relaxing qetaway.
