1. Clean as you go policy is highly recommended. Guests are responsible for their trash and will be shown the garbage room location.

2. Each guest must provide a valid ID's few days before the check in date. So, we can process and get your permit from Admin Building.

3. Please follow the house rules and the Mplace building as well.

4. There’s a parking space at the Mplace Mall Basement.
Parking Fee: 60php for 2hrs and 30php for succeeding hour

5. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.

6. Daily housekeeping is NOT provided.

7. NO SMOKING, NO LOUD PARTIES, AND NO IRRESPONSIBLE DRINKING INSIDE THE UNIT.
