A Colonial house, reflecting Rama VI architectural era, recently refurbished, two storey house, within 100 M walking distance to secluded , long beach. Ground floor big luxurious living room, next is dining room for eight , high ceilings, large windows, breezy all day. A dedicated smart TV room , fully equipped kitchen , with cooking utensils, crockerly, cutlery , ingredients, and coffee.
The master bedroom is huge, with smart TV, big balcony with chairs, closet, attached big bathromm.
The second bedroom , with attached bathroom, closet, smart TV and terrace with chairs.All above mentioned rooms, have chandliers, air-conditioned and curtains.
The third bedroom is also air-conditioned, with attached bathroom, closet and balcony. All bathrooms, have hot and cold shower, standing and sitting shower, shower cap, shampoo, soap and hair dryer.
On the second floor, another, all purpose common room , with chairs, table, air-conditioned facility has been created .Guests can have afternoon coffee or a game of cards.
The community is gated with 24-hr. security. With doors open, all rooms are breezy, with clean and fresh air, from the sea. Guests can walk to the beach , less than 100 M. from the house, or even drive up there. The surroundings are green with fruits, flowers and mature trees. The complex has one lagoon pool and another standard one. We also provide
B- B - Q grill, rain coats, umbrellas, slippers for walking inside the house and flip flops, for the beach and outside.
Two bicycles to enjoy the surroundings or excercising. first aid kit, torch, mosquito spray are all in the house.
Hi powered wi-fi is available, in the house.
For dining, there are restaurants, like Al Pacca, Tum Highway, Krua Gai Mook,1000 happiness, beachside seafood resurants, along the beach to Hua Hin. Entertainement parks, Golf Courses , guide books, maps are all there inside the house.
Although the house is for six people, but with extra bed in each room or three beds in TV room can easily accommodate 9 adults.
