The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - both on the ground floor. 
- AC, Wi-Fi, attached bathrooms and attached balconies overlooking the lake are offered in both rooms.
- Both rooms have king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached. 
- Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a well-ventilated living room on the ground floor. It is not equipped with an AC.
- It offers comfortable seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with a wired music system, TV, Wi-Fi and an attached water-facing deck.
- Seating arrangements for dining can be made on the deck area.
- There is a 350 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 8 people at any given time.
- The villa has a terrace overlooking the surrounding Waldevi Dam.
- There is a balcony with sit-out space and a hammock.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants at no additional charge.
- For elaborate cooking an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day will be levied.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per person, per day.
- All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day.
- Guests are requested to place their order 24 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed.
- Guests can also order in from nearby grape county. The caretaker can deliver the same at an additional cost before evening.
- Ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per night, exclusive of meal charges. They will be accommodated in the staff quarters. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like chess and Jenga. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can relish a scrumptious barbecue meal around the bonfire. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Barbecue meals are available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per meal for veg and non-veg meals. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
- Restaurants are not located near the property.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights, fans and refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. However, he cannot run errands outside post evening time, as he has a two-wheeler and the property is located in a secluded area.
- If guests wish to send the caretaker to procure some items before the evening, it will be charged additionally.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- Internet dongle, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel, Vi and Jio work fairly well here.
