- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.
- Attached bathrooms and king-sized beds are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms offer ACs.
BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- They all have geysers.
COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats 8 people and offers AC.
- The dining area seats 8 people.
- There is a verandah with seating for up to 10 people.
- There is a 1,000 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 12 people.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric-kettle and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
- Guests can order-in or eat out at restaurants such as Hotel Radha Krishna, Hotel Gavran, Thaska The Deck and The Five Elements Restaurant, Grape County Restaurant.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs.500 per day, exclusive of meal charges.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is relatively secluded.
- This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours. Heavy appliances like AC and geysers won’t be supported.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel/Jio/Vi work fairly well here.
- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
- Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.
- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.
