To that effect, we provide - Power backup, AC, WiFi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch   - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property.  The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.  - AC, WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common washrooms.  - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms. - The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a music system and a home theatre. The second living room on the first floor is equipped with one sofa-cum-bed. - Both the living rooms offer AC.  - The dining room is attached to the living room and has comfortable seating for up to 8 people.  - There is a terrace that offers seating for up to 10 people.  - The rooftop pool offers an amazing view of the skyline.  - The pool is 25 ft. x 10ft. wide and 4.6ft deep.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen at no additional charges to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - Guests can use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day.  - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary.  - All other meals can also be ordered from the nearby restaurants using Swiggy/Zomato.  GUEST ACCESS - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for one male staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. The prices of meals will be additional.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can enjoy the rooftop pool, enjoy the home theatre and indulge in indoor games.  HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.   - In case of a power outage, the generator can support the lights, fans and refrigerator for up to 5 hours.  - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.  - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - The pool walls are short, guests are advised to be careful.  - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
