BEDROOMS There are 3 bedrooms - 2 are in the main house and 1 is separate. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms. BATHROOMS The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries. COMMON AREAS The living area is spacious and has more than sufficient seating space for all guests. The garden is huge - over 13,400 sq ft. - and is great for the group to hang out together. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with a stove, basic utensils and condiments, refrigerator, microwave and water filter. Guests may use the kitchen for light cooking only. - The guests have access to the entire villa and the garden. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. The host is not present at the villa. Apart from there a well trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Once the capital of the Kingdom of Cochin, Ernakulam, is still a major centre for commerce in the state of Kerala. Cheppanam House, however, is in a laidback spot where greenery abounds, peace takes over and the coconut trees sway a tad more dreamily.
