BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - AC, TV, heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 2 rooms have king-sized beds, 1 room has two single-beds. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The dining room seats 7 people. - There is a lawn with seating for up to 50 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 8 hours and generator can support everything for up to 24 hours. - There are CCTV cameras installed that captures the external area. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Vegetarian lunch and dinner are priced at Rs.200 per meal, per person. - Non-vegetarian lunch and dinner are priced at Rs.300 per meal, per person. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
