- It can seat up to 50 guests at any given time.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a water purifier, an electric-kettle, a toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.

- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

FOOD
- A complimentary breakfast is offered. 
- All meals can be provided at a fixed additional cost of Rs.520 per person, per meal.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Peacock Restaurant, Handi Restaurant, Niros Restaurant and Surya Mahal. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accomodation for 2 male staffs at an additional charge of Rs.800 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is relatively secluded.
- This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. 
- There are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas for security purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, power backup is not available at the property. 
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel/Jio/Vi work fairly well here.
