BEDROOMS
There are 3 well-appointed cottage style rooms (Champa, Chameli, Kamal) and 1 large family room (Gulmohar) with one bed and sofa cum beds. 
- All rooms are on the ground floor. 
- AC, WiFi, heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have king-sized beds.
- Patio is offered in all the cottages with a view of the farm and forest.

BATHROOMS
- There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 2 common powder rooms. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 dining areas, each with seating for up to 6 people. 
- There are 4 patios with seating. 
- There are 4 sprawling lawns. 
- There is a swimming pool. 
- The pool is 30x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- It is accessible only in summers, from 9 AM to 7 PM. 

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a microwave.
- Bottled water and farm fresh water will be provided for drinking. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Guests have access to the kitchen at an additional charge of Rs.500 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. 

- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool.

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

FOOD
- Complimentary breakfast is provided for up to 8 people.
- All meals can be provided in-house on an A la carte basis.
- Guest can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Rasoi Restaurants, ASF Food Court, Welcome Valley Kitchen and Berco’s. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
- Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards or ludo and outdoor games like cricket, football or badminton.Guests can take a peaceful walk in the farm and embrace its beauty.
- They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 
- Guests can also enjoy a movie night that can be arranged at an additional cost. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of snakes and insects around.
- There are CCTV cameras installed near the entrance, lawns, near swimming pool and kitchen for security purposes.
- Parking space for up to 4 cars is secured inside, while up to 20 cars can be parked outside the villa.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- The swimming pool is functional only during summers.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- If this room listing is booked, you may be sharing the common areas with other guests.
- All networks work fairly well here.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Breakfast is complimentary for up to 8 people. For additional people, it is priced at Rs. 200/- each. 
- Generator can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue kit is chargeable as per the menu. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 for a duration of 3 hours. 
- If a guest wishes to use the swimming pool for extended hours, an additional cost of Rs.500 per hour will be levied until 2 AM, which is inclusive of service at the pool and a staff member who will be stationed for safety.
- A movie night can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per screening. The movies will be screened on a projector.
