BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa. - The master bedroom has a flat-screen TV. - Heaters can be provided at an additional cost.* - Both rooms have attached bathrooms. - 1 room has a king-size bed, and the second room has a queen-size bed. BATHROOMS - There are 2 private attached bathrooms in the villa. - The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. - All bathrooms have electric geysers, towels and toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room has a flat-screen TV.  - It has seating arrangements for 12 people. - There’s a private lawn where guests can host events for up to 250 people. - Outdoor seating for 20 people is available. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and bottled water. - Guests can choose to order from the nearby restaurants.  - Crockery is available for 10 people. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. Vegetarian South India dishes shall be prepared.  - Lunch and dinner are provided at an additional cost.* - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants such as – Hotel Udayam, and more. - Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you. - The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the lawn. The villa has a private entrance. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy barbecues and bonfire nights. One can also head out to experience all that Ooty has to offer as the villa is very conveniently located. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa shall have CCTV cameras installed in the outdoor area for security purposes. - There are wild animals around and guests should refrain from roaming around at night. - Personal connections sure get stronger, but cellphone networks may be weak here. - We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well. - Mobile networks such as Jio/BSNL work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Lunch and dinner are available. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are priced based on what is ordered from the menu. - A bonfire can be arranged at Rs. 1000 for 2 hours. - Barbecue meals can be set up at Rs. 800. - Chef services are available at an addtional cost. - Kitchen facilities can be utilised subject to availibity. - Heaters can be provided at Rs. 500 per night.
