A British heritage bungalow, Greenwood is a villa with modern amenities, yet one that preserves a vintage, royal touch. The lawn outside with the facade of the house in view will really transport you to the colonial era, especially so with a cup of tea to go with it! There are various indoor and outdoor games to keep you entertained. The comfortable rooms and large living room make this a perfect getaway for any group.

The Space

Bedrooms
- 4 bedrooms are in the villa and 2 are outside, in a cottage.
- All bedrooms have a room heater and a flat-screen TV.
- All bedrooms have king size beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

Living Room
- The living room has seating arrangements for up to 18 people.

Bathrooms
- The villa has 8 bathrooms - 6 attached and 2 common.
- Geysers are provided in 5 bathrooms. 
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.

Kitchen & Meals
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven and a gas stove. 
- Guests can access the kitchen premises for an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day.
- Crockery is available for 18 people.
- A cook can be arranged on prior request to prepare meals at an additional cost of Rs.2500 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. Guests are advised to inform us at least 72 hours prior to their arrival.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Lawn
- The villa has a huge private lawn.
- Events can be organized with prior notice.

Entertainment
- Indoor games like chess, table tennis, carrom are available.
- Outdoor game equipment like cricket set, badminton, throw ball, flying disc are available.

Additional Amenities
- A bonfire can be arranged with prior notice.
- A torch, hair dryer and iron are available.
- Guests may use the wardrobes.
- A medical kit is available along with a mosquito repellent.
- Secured parking space for 6 cars is available.
- We can provide driver accommodation at an additional cost, excluding meals.
- This is a wheelchair friendly property.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel/Jio work fairly well here.

Other Things to Note
- There are CCTV cameras in the lawn and outside the villa.
- There are many expensive antiques in the villa. Guests are expected to be careful and not cause any damage.
  
Guest Access
- Access to the number of rooms will depend on the number of guests staying. Guests will have access to the garden, living area, games room and kitchen if opted.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

Interaction with Guests
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

Home Truths:
- The last 200 metres leading up to the villa may not be concrete. 
- Guests may experience some disturbance owing to the ongoing construction work in the vicinity of the property. Due to the construction work, there may also be dust in the villa, however, the caretaker will ensure that the home is thoroughly cleaned.
