I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.

Please note because the Covid 19, the amenities in the tower as Pool, Deck-solarium and Gym can be used with certain restrictions, as determined by national guideline. At the moment with previous reservation only. Sauna closed.

If you’re an expat or vacationer spending time in Buenos Aires there’s really no way of avoiding Buenos Aires’ largest barrio (by area), Palermo. Even if you live somewhere else in the city you can guarantee that the vast majority of your expat friends, and probably a good part of your Argentine friends, will live there, and even if they don’t you’ll still want to go there to dine, party and shop.

Taxis and buses abound in Santa Fe Avenue (2 short blocks from the apartment) and the closest metro station is just 250 meters away Plaza Italia station of the D subway line.

Please note that, if your arrival at the apartment is after 8 pm there is a late check-in fee of US$ 20 that applies in all cases. This could be paid to our representative at the apartment and we only accept cash payments for this service.
