This location is very prime as is accessible Lundu via ferry port/Bau,Mjc New Township, Kuching nearest Beach which located at Santubong/Damai and many more for you to explore.

Our this 31st Homestay in Matang,Kuching in a way that it is easy design but cozy feel.

Our apartment window is facing to the swimming pool where you can hang out around the window watching people swimming or your family and kids swimming.

This condominium allow stay up to 7 people maximum.

Very easy access to the mall as is located just below the condominium.

Our interaction with the guest will be minimal as this check in and check out will automatic. Our staff will direct contact with you via what's app or call for self check in.

We have keys available to collect at mailbox and we will provide the guest will a check in passcode as our door lock is smart lock.

This location is fantastic as you can buy basically anything from fresh to locals food.

We have wet market where you can buy all the halal meat and also fresh vegetable. Night time this area walking distance about 2 minute we have a night market.

Macdonald is in walking distance about 4 minute only.

Plenty of restaurant for you to choose here at Matang.

As for entertainment, we have Matang Wildlife, Sarawak Cat Museum, Kampung Budaya located at Damai, Fort Margerita, Semenggoh Wildlife and Kuching Waterfront.

As for trekking or hikking, we have matang mountain, Santubong mountain.

Coming to this apartment require a transportation like car, bike or you can use Grab.

As for car if you need to rent daily, we do provide car rental service.
