The house has one en suite, 3 individual bathrooms and an en suite toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, even suitable to throw a home-like dinner party for all the 14 guests.

Our living room has a very comfortable L-shape couch that can sit up to 8 people and additional armchairs so our guests can all relax and enjoy the lust and tranquil environment.

On arrival, our management will hand over the keys and take you on a tour of the villa.
You will have your own private access point and the entire villa is exclusively yours for the entire duration of your stay.

There is housekeeping 6 times a week (excluding Sunday) and we are always available to make sure our guests have the best possible stay with us.

The villa is a 2-minute walk from one of the most frequented streets of Seminyak, full of great restaurants, bars and shops..
The beach is an 8-minute walk and even though the prime location, the house is still within a calm and private-like environment. We are more than happy to prearrange transportation for our guests or assist with renting scooters or cars from our well-known, reliable supplier.
