A very well located 6 bedroom villa with a pool, large living room and additional common space that can accommodate 12 people. The house has one en-suite bathroom and 3 individual bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped, even suitable to throw a home-like dinner party for all the 12 guests.

Our living room has a very comfortable L-shape couch that and additional armchairs so our guests can all relax and enjoy the lust and tranquil environment.

Private pool and garden just for you and your friends. No single room rental - you have the Villa, pool and garden all for yourself.

Our team will answer all questions you have. We provide a 6 day a week maid service and have a villa manager, who will handle all your extra needs (e.g. private chef, massages at the house, car or motorbike rentals and transport services, adventure tours).

The villa is close to the best restaurants and the best shopping that Seminyak has to offer.

There is a good surfing spot located just 5 minute walk from the house, and it takes just a few minutes to walk to La Plancha Beach Club and the famous Double Six Beach.

We can arrange a private driver and car or scooter-rentals. In the street close to our house, there will also be a constant supply of taxis passing by - so whichever option you choose, you will have no trouble in getting around.
