It is just a few mins drive away from famous shopping centres, like Mid Valley Southkey, City Square mall and KSL mall, as well as JB old town, which houses many local eateries and cafes.

The Infinity pool gives you an uninterrupted view of the Johor neighborhood in the day and the beautiful twinkling night sky.

Guest can access all amenities within the serviced residence block. Infinity pool, Gym, BBQ Pit (require booking), Jacuzzi, Sauna, Children Playground, Car Park.

We respect our guests' privacy and do not wish to disturb the guests. However, please inform us in advance what is needed and we will do our best to fulfill it. We are available by Whatsapp & phone call.

The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey is the latest Mall nearby our location. Modern mall with lots of independent shops, restaurants and cinemas.

Taman Sentosa is populate with both local and visitors. There are rows and rows of shops with some famous eateries like Shoon Huat Famous Bak Kut Teh (发肉骨茶), seafood, The Bierhaus@Taman Sentosa JB, Fatfish jb, car shops and car wash outlets.

We have created a Guest Handbook for use and reference. You can locate it on the dining table.

Only registered guests are allowed in the house.

Pls use proper swimwear when using the pool.

Late check out after 11am will be charged at half day rate (before 5pm).

You are to leave the unit in the condition you check in. Otherwise extra cleaning fee of MYR 75 will be imposed.

DO NOT use the gas cooker. Pls use the Portal Electric Hob provided and is located in the cabinet drawer.

Bookings of more than 10 days, a cleaning services is required and will be charged at RM 43 per event.
