Brand New Soho stables is a totally unique compact house, (sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and a child), in the heart of Soho. It is set over 2 floors and is furnished with all you will need for your stay. The West End, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus are all a short walk away. The space Wooden stairs will lead you to the first floor with its lovely light interior. Here you will find a bespoke small double bed with a mattress ( 4'6" wide and 6'3" long) dressed with clean, crisp, professionally laundered cotton bed linen. There is a Mezzanine above the bed accessed by a vertical ladder which is designed as a chill out space with magazines, books and lots of cushions. This can be made into an additional bed for 1 more guest ( there is an additional fee for this and you need to contact the host prior to booking to discuss). On the ground floor you will find a fully fitted kitchen with all you need to cook and prepare meals, a fridge, a washer dryer, a toaster, coffee machine and selection of welcome snacks. Guest access The whole house will be yours. It is very small but equipped with everything you will need. Managed by my team you will have sole access to: The ground floor, which will have a brand new kitchen with sink, 2 ring electric hob, combi oven and microwave, fridge, washer dryer, wooden work surface, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dab radio and all you will need to cook and dine if you choose. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil will be provided. You will also find a gorgeous 1950's Formica dining table and chairs to enjoy your meals. You will also find a brand new bathroom with electric shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, toilet roll and professionally laundered white fluffy towels. Wooden stairs will lead you to the first floor with its lovely light interior. AIR CONDITIONING had also just been fitted so you will be nice and comfortable in the hot weather ( PLEASE NOTE- the chill out mezzanine is accessed by a vertical ladder- this means it may not be accessed by anyone with a disability) You will also find 2 armchairs, a new flatscreen TV with freeview, books, magazines, London guide books, fast wifi access, retro furnishings and artwork on the walls. There are French doors which open out to a Juliette balcony (there is also an electric shutter for added security) and new velux sky light windows with black out blinds. The interior has been been designed by an architect and will be carefully decorated with a mixture of mid century and contemporary pieces. All the appliances are brand new. If you want something different from the usual, don't care for bland, homogenised apartments, and desire somewhere bursting with character and charm, then this is your place!!! Oh and You may even see the metal music Legends Iron Maiden or perhaps Eric Clapton wandering around. we have famous neighbours... Other things to note Also for your use there is: A safe An iron and ironing board. A hair dryer. A washer dryer and detergent Clothes dryer for your washing. PLEASE NOTE- This house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility due to the one flight of narrow stairs and vertical ladder to the mezzanine chill out area. It is a small house with small spaces so not suitable if you want acres of space to move about in However, if you want something very central, quiet, unique, and fun then this is perfect! I also would not recommend central Soho to families with small children due to its colourful nature and adult themes in the evening. THANKS Additional information: Late check-in past 7pm needs to be pre-arranged and are subject to extra charges and these fees need to be paid in advance to your arrival. If there are significant changes in your planned arrival or departure times, please advise the property as soon as possible, as this may result in re-arranging the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from another location. There is strictly no smoking inside the accommodation. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 100. Lost keys will incur a charge from GBP 50 for a replacement or a call out charge. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via credit card.
