Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to our building where we will be waiting for you for the check in. Please send your flight details for confirmation.

- For late night check in, We prepare check in guide for self-check in before and after office hours. Please let us know in advance.
- Check out is strictly at 12noon. We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guest.
- We require a refundable deposit when checking in to your room. This deposit is used in case of our company’s property being damaged or lost/misplaced.
- 28 days and above, electricity and water not included in the rate. Electricity is charged 6THB per unit meter and Water is charged 20THB per unit meter.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the room nor the bathroom.
A fine of 2,000THB shall be imposed to those who don’t follow this rule.
- Strictly no illegal activities
- No Loud music after midnight
- 1000THB shall be charged for lost key cards.
- Do not flush sanitary/feminine hygiene products, wet baby wipes, used diapers, hand towels, cotton balls into the toilet, please use container provided for this purpose.
- Durian and Mangosteen is not allowed inside the room
