It is the 1st ever multi lever thematic hanging garden in Malaysia. My unit is at high floor, with almost the best full night view in the whole building.

You'll love my place because of waking up to the Beautiful Lake View.
There is 1 queen size bed and sofa bed in the living room. I had fixed a sliding door for my living room that can be convert to a privacy place. Perfectly fits 2 adults with 2 children comfortably. If you do not mind sharing, 4 adults and 1 children is not a problem.

I promise the bed sheets and pillow case are changed every time before check in, I wish to ensure a clean and comfortable sleep for you during journey.
Cooking is allowed but not too heavy, I have provide a pan, rice cooker and oven for cooking.

There is free access of high floor swimming pool in the condo, provides you excellent city and lake view while you are swimming, and it is also comes with Jacuzzi to relax your body after one day's travelling. Grand Gym for you to workout and different gardens provides you a meaningful day in the condo.

Jalan Ampang is the embassies row where most of the foreign embassies are locqated on this road. KLCC and malls like Great Eastern Mall, Empire Tower, Menara Citibank and Ampang Park line the road.
A perfect location just 4.8km from KLCC , with many great neighborhood restaurants and bars (ask us for advice!). Also close to the the lively club Zouk. A lot street food, food court. Looks good for backpacker low budget, it easy to hangout around KL ^^

Cleaning fee includes laundry fee and cleaning the place. Used beddings and towels will be taken to professionals to wash. I do my best to keep my apartment nice and clean personally and I hope my guests will treat it with care.

Chargeable Extras:
• Check-in is from 2PM until 11PM. For check in after 12am will incur a fee of RM50, payable upon arrival. Nevertheless I am more than happy to accommodate for late check in time for my long term guests.
