Have a unique experience in our newly designed stylish Artist Loft! Graffiti art depicts the rural scene in this neighborhood, the typical local living, simplistic Filipino lifestyle, and the daily grind, yet an area that is peaceful & safe.

We invite couples, groups of friends, staycationers, or those who just want some alone time. Our comfy place has a hot-cold shower, a comfortable memory bed, a huge smart TV w/ Netflix, an Art scene inside, and a recently upgraded wifi speed of 100 Mbps.

ABOUT THE SPACE:

We only require the following from each guest:
- any Government ID
- Full vaccination card

If guests are not yet vaccinated, you may provide either a negative CoVID RT-PCR or Antigen test taken 72 hours prior to check-in OR a Negative Covid Health Certificate (issued by LGU Health Office, Clinic, or Hospital).

Our place is ideal for 2 persons but we can fit up to 4 — the sofa can be pulled up and down to be converted into a comfy bed for 2 if guests would not mind this sleeping set up!

— Bedroom upstairs is air-conditioned and has a full-double sized bed with a memory foam mattress, and a wardrobe cabinet — you can hang up your clothes with the provided hangers and industrial rod on the side!

— Living room downstairs has a 3-seater sofa customized to accommodate any body size, a modern coffee table, a huge Samsung smart TV with Netflix, and a foldable dining counter with 4 medium high chairs, and a foldable mini desk in the corner if you ever need to work.

— Kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, along with plates, bowls, and utensils. Please note that the induction cooker, cookwares, and ladles are subject to a rental fee, exclusive for long-staying guests.

— Plus a water filter! No need to buy your water

Cambridge Village is in the suburbs of Metro Manila, on the side/boundary of Pasig City. This condominium village depicts the typical local living with sidewalk vendors, mini markets and small sized businesses right outside its gates!

One of the nearest hot spots is Eastwood City Walk Libis -- it is only a 15-20 minute drive away when roads are clear of traffic congestion. If you are on the look out for fancy restaurants, high-end shopping, night parties, cinemas, and an assortment of other things, Eastwood is the place to be. It is a city of its own!

While another place not far away from Cambridge Village is The Ortigas Business District! It's the place to be if you'd like to go hopping from one place to the next -- although not as big as Makati, Ortigas has its own great vibe. It houses several shopping malls such as:

- SM Megamall
- Robinson's Galleria
- The Podium
- Shangri-la
- and many more among others!

In those malls are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There are also a number of upscale hotels like the 5-star EDSA Shangri-la, Richmonde, Marco Polo, Linden Suites, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza Galleria and the long list goes on.

Less than an hour drive, you can get to Taguig Fort Bonifacio. Here you are a stone's throw away from Makati. Similar to Makati, The Fort is the newer trendier version--a lifestyle district! There are just plenty of hotels, bars, night clubs, restaurants, shopping, walking, you can spend your whole life here!

Knowing what's out there sometimes makes you want to just sit, relax and have a quiet moment, avoid the city traffic, our place serves just that.

Transportation is quite easy here. You can also easily find the basic items you will need nearby. City center is not so far if you decide to go. So go out of the city a few times, take pleasure in staying in this nook to get that much needed quiet and alone time and savor the moment!

Nearby hospitals: The Medical City, Pasig Doctors Hospital, Mission Hospital

Transportation:

Public transport vehicles (UV Vans and Jeepneys) pass along outside the gates of Cambridge Village. They go straight to Ortigas & Mandaluyong -- SM Megamall and Crossing.

Angkas / Motorcycle terminal at the gates is operational from 3 AM to 11 PM every day to bring residents to points in Metro Manila. From Cambridge to Ortigas costs around 140 pesos. Cambridge Village to the Fort is around 170 pesos per ride.

There is also a Taxi stand is located at the entrance of the Clubhouse. Grab is also available.

Please note that we allow cooking only for long staying guests. Light cooking may be done using the existing appliances, except induction cooker.

Extra guests/visitors will be subject to minimal per person fee. Kindly declare correct no. of persons for guest authorization we will submit to security.
