Php 1,000 refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. Will be returned in full once you check-out if there are no damages/losses incurred.

* One 5-gallon of purified water per day for the dispenser is provided. You can order from the water refilling station nearby for additional supply at your own expense.

We are based in Manila but you may reach me thru my mobile phone which will be visible after the (URL HIDDEN) Tita Sabel is the person in charge who will handle the check-in and check-out procedures. She is not residing in the house so it is best to inform her about your check-in time prior to your arrival.

Additional payments will be done upon check-in. (Ex: Additional charges for the excess persons not included in the headcount that was booked here in Agoda, etc.)
