Our place is located in the heart of Kuala Terengganu city. Suitable for those who are travelling for business trip, a group of family and friends on a vacation or attending ceremonies or even local/international individuals just feeling to stay indoors for Netflix and chill. THE ATMOSPHERE
Feel the "homey" ambiance once you enter our apartment and enjoy the panoramic city skyline view especially at night, looking over the Bulatan Batu Bersurat Ladang. The blue hues interiors was specially designed to enhance the cozy vibe of living in the sky. Simple floor layout - no partition for living and dining area. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Strategically located nearby Batu Buruk beach which is freely accessible for public in just walking distance.

THE LIVING AREA
- Equipped with 2-seater comfy sofa and one armchair
- 55" UHD Smart TV for various streaming channels (Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and Chromestar).
- Kindly scan the QR codes on the upper shelf to view our Rules and Regulations including manuals on operating the appliances and Guidebook for "Beautiful Terengganu" tourist attractions.

THE DINING AREA
- Dining table with 4 chairs and 1 sofa-bed window nook may comfortably fit up to 6 people at a time.
- Pull out the roman blind and enjoy sipping coffee by the window nook especially while having breakfast in the morning looking over the sunrise and how the city wakes up.
- Don't forget to capture the instaworthy pose for your social media ^;^
- If you need to use the sofa bed, gently move aside the dining table and pull out the bed base together with the mattress. The pillows and blankets are provided inside one of the drawers.
- There're grilled windows for safety purpose, the apartment does not have window balcony.
- The whole area equipped with air-conditioner and ceiling fan.
- WiFi is available.

- Pull out the the curtain to let the natural light enters the room or alternatively you can use the room darkening shades.

GUEST ACCESS

24-hour security
The guard house situated at the main entrance filters all visitors and requires national ID/passport for visitors to enter the building. Residents owned an access card for their entrance.

Elevator
Common area shared with other residents, there is one designated lift space which is connected to all units in the building. No block-confusion guaranteed :).

Parking
A signboard is placed at our parking lot which is located at Level 3. Simply look for the signage to park your vehicle. You are advised to park in reverse-parking mode for easy access ;). Parking spot is near to the elevator area, no hustle to get to the lift, or you can choose to temporarily stop at the drop off area if you need to unload multiple/large luggage. An extra parking spot is available at the "Visitor's Parking", kindly inform the guard house. Other extra parking are available just outside the building.

Waste Disposal Area
Located on the left side of the building at the ground floor, signage available as direction.

DURING YOUR STAY
We understand your space and privacy. For assistance, we will be available via phone call or messages except for special or unfortunate circumstances which may require our presence in person.

WHERE YOU WILL BE
Pangsapuri Ladang Tok Pelam is an apartment located in the heart of Kuala Terengganu city. The neighbourhood is medium-density and most residents are individually owned or listed as homestay owners. The building is equipped with elevator, guard house and waste disposal area. Each units has an appropriate space thus your privacy is ensured.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
In order to keep the sanitation and cleanliness of the place for your comfort, there’ll be an additional CLEANING FEES of RM50.

To maintain the standard of our amenities during your stay, we highly emphasize on keeping our appliances, furniture, apparatus and devices in a good condition by keeping an inventory list. Any loss or damage of the items during your stay will be CHARGED.

In view of current COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the health safety for both guest(s) and host, you are required to DECLARE your health status including:
-any major/minor symptoms of COVID-19
-any comorbids (medical disease background)
-any history of interstate travel
-any close contact with any COVID-19 positive patients, Person Under Investigation (PUI), and Person Under Surveillance (PUS)
