A wonderful large apartment (185 sqm inside + 70 sqm terrace) located in a unique position in the heart of the Historical Center between piazza Navona and Piazza Campo de Fiori. This Luxurious Rome apartment on three levels with elevator for luggage has just been renovated with particular attention to the respect of its historical characteristics, thus having kept all the charm of the ancient and while providing comfort for an exclusive holiday. The apartment is ideal for up to five people plus one more on sofa bed.

The house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, tv.

It consists of a wide living room with 4 huge windows overlooks the beautiful square of Paradiso. The adjacent private sitting room TV with sky, dining room with large kitchen well equipped and the terrace on the same floor where you can eat or have a drink under the shady green pergola. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

1st MASTER BEDROOM: KING SIZE BED (200 cm width), bathroom en suite with shower and Jacuzzi tub.

2nd MASTER BEDROOM: Queen size bed (160 cm width), bathroom en suite with shower.

3rd BEDROOM: with double bed (140 cm width) with a bathroom with shower.

The whole house is equipped with bedding, towels and soaps.

LAUNDRY ROOM: with washing machine.

Not suitable for children aged between 1 year and 3 years.



We provide Linen, towels and soap.

Included in the rental price: daily cleaning service and bed making.

Accommodation for touristic rental only.

Customers are kindly asked to provide a photocopy of their passport for every guest staying in the apartment and requested not to exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation form.

CHARGES PAYABLE LOCALLY

Tourist tax (overnight accommodation tax in Rome): the fee, not included in the total rate of the apartment, must be paid in EURO in cash at check-in time and is only up to the first 10 (ten) days of stay. All visitors who stay in accommodation in the territory of the Municipality of Rome have to pay the "tourist tax" of 3,50 euro per night established by the City Councils. Kids up to ten years of age do not pay.

Guests are kindly requested to call the owner to inform him of the unexpected delay. Clients are expected to arrive after 15.00p.m. Check-in may be scheduled before depending on availability.

Late check-in after 20:00 euro 30 to be paid in cash at the arrival.

CHECK-OUT DETAILS:

The flat must be vacated at 11a.m. on the departure's day. According with proprietor clients could leave luggages in the apartment if no other arrivals are expected for that day.
