The upstairs family room with balcony overlooking the bay makes for a perfect relaxing evening or BBQ. The outdoor courtyard out the back is the essence of Australian Family holiday.



Features 5 large bedrooms, multiple outdoor areas including an upstairs balcony overlooking Port Phillip Bay and two large living areas. Linen and towels are provided.

We will be available by phone during your stay. We are only one hour away in case of emergency.



Bond $800 - fully refundable once check-out complete or after check out inspection.



No glasses / bottles in the pool area for obvious reasons - thanks!



The question we get asked most is for early check-in and late check-out. Whilst we do our best to accommodate such requests, it is often not possible or we have withdraw the offer due to last minute bookings. As it is a 5-bedroom house we need every minute of the 4-hours to clean the place ready for the next guests. We appreciate you understanding on this - and we will do our best to accommodate such requests...



The swimming pool has two sliding doors at each of the entrances to that area. These doors must be used at all times especially when children are in the house.House Rules:We want you to have fun at our place! We invest a lot of time to keep costs at a minimum so that you can enjoy luxury living at a reasonable cost. Your assistnace with the following simple requests help us to keep costs down and refund security deposits.

No smoking inside

No glassware or bottles in or around pool. Cans or plastic OK - if removed.

BBQs to be cleaned after use

Instructions for use of swimming pool and kids pool to be followed diligently (thousands of $$ of damage can be done if not)

Please put bins outside if you leave on Sunday or are a guest on Monday nights.
