The Banyan Estate is a luxurious private villa. It has 6 bedrooms and is fully staffed with cooks, maids and driver. Rental includes simple breakfasts, airport transfers and a car & driver (8 hrs/d) is on standby in the villa for our guests to use.



The Banyan Estate is one of Bali's most luxurious private villas. It is has 6 bedrooms and is fully staffed with chefs, maids and driver. 5-10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, it is nestled in beautiful tropical surroundings in the Umalas, Seminyak area. A beautiful home away from home awaits you with some of Bali's friendliest staff to cater to your needs.



It has a 20 meter pool with a kids pool beside the main pool, bales for lazing or to have your massage, and a big natural garden and yard for general activities. The garage and carport fits four cars, perfect for having holding events in the villa. Use of the villa for private functions are allowed but please notify the manager beforehand so that arrangements can be made in regards to local and neighbourhood regulations.



Breakfast is included. Lunch and Dinner service can be requested to the chefs. The chefs will help buy the necessary ingredients for the food that you request from them and they will be available throughout the day as per your requests.



The villa manager and staff or security are on standby to help you with any of your needs while in Bali. If you need help planning the day in Bali, be sure to ask them for any suggestions for local food or even less crowded beaches!



The Umalas area is perfect for vacationers who love to party and get to the beaches quickly, yet enjoy a quite rest in the villa. The Banyan Estate is about 5-10 mins drive to Seminyak Square and the best restaurants and beach clubs in the Seminyak Area.



A complimentary car is available for the guests to use and the driver will be at your service to take you wherever you wish. He is available 8 hours a day and additional hours with the driver can be arranged as requested. Airport pickup and drop-off are included in our rates.



Rental price depends on the number of people staying. Pricing starts from the first 4 people staying.House Rules:Pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the bedrooms of the villa.
