Built around a lush tropical garden in quiet cul-de-sac with large outdoor area and a 12.5 meter pool.



3 double bedrooms each with own en-suite (note the master bedroom is an enormous amazing space).



Gorgeous bespoke furniture built and created for the space.

Open air downstairs with ample fans. Bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.



Great outdoor area that makes the most of the morning and early afternoon sun.



Amazing pool that has both sun and shade.



Quiet location - very secure - Security guards posted at two other major villa complexes opposite this villa.



The villa offers a modern design with all the comforts that you would expect in your holiday retreat. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open and overlook the swimming pool.



We have a a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove top and accessories.



There is fast WIFI throughout - I also have a flat screen TV (all cable channels available). Plus there is a DVD player for watching movies.



An amazing sound system "UE Mega-boom speakers" - just connect via Bluetooth to play your music.



There is a safe in each bedroom and an excellent hairdryer in each bathroom.



Floating beanbags for the pool are great for sunbaking or relaxing on the deck.



Peaceful, secure, modern, beautiful, great location and full staffed.



All areas are accessible



My Villa manager is readily available locally should you need anything.

He can also assist you with tours, hiring of motor bikes or organise a driver for you for that big full day shopping trip you have planned.

I am also available should you have any questions or issues (although I am in Australia so there is a time difference)



This central location is easy for walking to the beach, catching the sunset at Ku De Ta, Potato Head, or the W and some of the best restaurants and shops on Jalan Oberoi and Jalan Raya Seminyak.



This is the best area in Bali. This is a bubble that you won't leave.

2 -5 mins walk to Biku, Saigon Street, Bambu, Meriputih, Sarong, Potato head, The W hotel, the beach and a multitude of upmarket Spa's.

Great Organic coffee cafe a few minutes away.

10 Mins walk to La Luciola or Body Works health spa

10-15 mins walk to Eat Street with some of the best restaurants in Bali at your doorstep - everything within short cab ride.



Taxi's are cheap $2 USD to $5 USD anywhere within 20 mins.

You may need to negotiate at night when its busy but never more than $10 USD



My villa is fully staffed - breakfast if provided daily.

The staff can also assist with day trip, car hire.



Please ask them if you need laundry done - they can direct you to the local laundry or they can take it to the laundry if required. If the staff take it for you they will provide you the bill once the laundry is completed. Feel free to tip them for this service



** Please note: The laundry is completely outsourced, my staff don't do the laundry, nor do they make any money from it (other than the tip). Unfortunately this means if there are any issues you will need to take it up with the laundry mat (it is Bali so please don't expect perfection) :-)

If anything is valuable i suggest to wait until you return home



Ironing board and Iron also available for those nicer things you want to take care of yourself.



I also own the villa next door so there is a garage to store surf boards or motor bikes securely if neededHouse Rules:Please treat my house like your own. Everything is custom designed for me to live in, its not cheap nor easily replaced. Have a great stay
