Family Villa , Sunset Links Golf Estate

The Sunset Links Golf Estate house is on the Atlantic Ocean is a modern upmarket double-storey family home that is situated on the 10th fairway of the Sunset Links Golf Estate.

Ideal for large families or a large travelling group, this home has something for everyone. Men get ready to spend your mornings on the links golf course while the ladies soak up the sun on the deck with a heated pool with lovely views of the golf course and the Stellenbosch Mountains. Five minutes walk to the beach.



This is a double-storey home that offers three bedrooms.



Ideal for 1 or 2 families, the house is ideal for a maximum of 8 people. The house offers a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, as well as a double futon in the games room (two single beds can also be arranged instead of the double futon)



The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a gas hob, double eye level oven, as well as the necessary cooking utensils, the house also has a scullery and a pantry.

Guests can enjoy their meals at the large dining table which seats 8. The house offers two lounge areas, a tv lounge and a family lounge. The house is equipped with 4 Satellite TV's, and guests can make use of the games room and bar.



An indoor, as well as an outdoor braai/barbeque area, is also available for guests to use. The house has a deck with a heated pool and offers sweeping views of the golf course and Stellenbosch mountains.



Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway. For convenience, the house is serviced each Monday and Friday.

Guests at Sunset Links Golf Estate have secure and direct access to the golf course and is within a 5 minutes walk to the mostly private beach. Various shopping centres are located within a few kilometers of the Estate. Cape Town offers a variety of attractions such as Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, a variety of beaches, wine farms and activities that will keep guests entertained. The Sunset Links Golf Estate was voted best Residential Estate 2015 and 2016 in South Africa.



Please note that school, student, surfer- or kite surfer groups will not be accepted. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The Sunset Links Golf Estate is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Rietvlei Wetland Nature Reserve on the other. 24 hour secured access control for residents and guests alike. Secure access at the entrance of the Estate requires that any guests you may invite to the home sign into the visitor register.

The Links Golf Course, being the only true Links Course in South Africa (completely surrounded by water) is challenging but offers a golfing experience for any level of golfer.

The Golf Estate borders Sunset and Lagoon Beach and is within a five minute walking distance from the home.

Your neighbourhood is one of the safest and friendliest in SA

If you are a foodie, you will be pleased with the wide variety of restaurants in the Cape.

All major shops are within 5k radius and town is exactly a 15 minute drive.



The City's' transport system is called MyCitiBus, it is a really inexpensive way of getting around Cape Town with multiple bus stops all within easy walking distance. Should you wish to have bus cards arranged please let me know.

We have wonderful cycle and walk ways that lead into Blouberg and are great for any active person looking for pretty run/ cycle routes that are safe.

Uber is available to all visitors.
