For extra charge car and driver may be provided for guest use. We can also help book you a taxi or Scooter rental.

Due to the large pool at 1.5m depth, may not be suitable for young children unsupervised.House Rules:No smoking indoors. Please smoke outside and smoking is strictly prohibited in bedrooms.

No parties or events without prior permission.

No more than 8 guests on premises without prior permission from owner.

Outdoor sound system should not be used after 10pm out of respect to neighbours.

Unused bedrooms should remain empty - of they are used an additional person fee ($50 USD per night) will be applied.
