Two living rooms are located on different levels. The villa has a housekeeping service, towels and linens are changed regularly.

Swimming pool and garden is maintained by staff.

The grounds of the villa feature a lovely garden where you can have a family picnic or use it as a kids play area. Private covered parking is available on site. In addition, there is a private terrace with a swimming pool and lounge chairs located on the 3d floor of the villa where you can sunbathe during the daytime or star gaze at night.

The swimming pool also has a fence and a locking gate to prevent access for kids without adult supervision.
