Boho Beach Condo - is a coastal bohemian inpired style condo unit with natural decorative materials bright colours and patterns. The unit is also designed to enjoy the City View of Skyway Skyline right beside our relaxing queen size bed. Our unit is equiped with highspeed internet 4G/5G upto 100 mbps with ready to use netflix tv. Enjoy free pool access, picnic tables, play ground, free parking and feel the relaxing cool breeze from the lake located at the sky lounge of the building.

As of Jan 3, 2022 we are open to accept guests for staycation and YES, KIDS ARE still ALLOWED and should be accompanied by parents upon entering Anuva premises.

Swimming pool, Garden and Alfresco Lounge are still open. Pool schedule: Tuesday - Sunday 12noon - 8PM and Alfresco Lounge 6Am - 6pm.

* Temperature check, face shield, face mask, Valid IDs and Scanning of QR code for health declaration is required upon entering Anuva Condominium premises.

1. The space is a 24 sqm fully furnished studio type high rise condominium located at Anuva Residences, East Service Rd., Cupang, Muntinlupa.

2. Enjoy your stay in this relaxing, cozy studio type condominium strategically located near the access point of Metro Manila. Skyway and SLEX Entry and Exit is just 1-2 mins away.

3. Guests will surely love our comfortable bed, sofa and tv with ready to use Netflix for your movie marathon night.

4. No cooking for now. Our kitchen is equipped with knife set, chopping board, inverter fridge, microwave, dishwashing soap sponge and utensils. Wine and wine glass is also available for your extra romantic stay.

5. Pay Parking is available for guests at a first come first served basis. Parking rate is P40 for first 3hrs and P20/succeeding hr. Overnight parking is allowed for P200 from 10PM to 6AM. Motorcycle parking is FREE.

6.In a busy city and stressful work enjoy our Free swimming pool access, City Skyway view at the Sky lounge located at the 14th floor of the bldg. and outdoor dining and playground.

HOUSE RULES

• Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out option is subject for availability

• Confirmed Guests must provide valid IDs to be
checked/submitted at the guardhouse.

• Check-in instructions will be sent to you once booking is confirmed.

• Swimming Pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday 6AM to 8PM.
For Guests/Staycationers/Visitors swimming pool use/access from Tuesday - Sunday 12noon- 8:00pm. Pool access is free for all confirmed guests.

• We don’t allow cooking for now. Our kitchen space has knife set, chopping board, fridge, microwave, automatic hot water dispenser, dishwashing soap, sponge and utensils.

•Internet speed is upto 100mbps with 4g and 5g capability.

•Laundry shop is located below the building just beside 7/11 convenience store.

•Any damaged, broken or missing items will be charged.

• Host is not responsible for any damage or lost of personal belongings.

• Please Clean as you Go. Guests are expected to clean up before check out.

•No smoking inside the unit. Violators will be charged 3,000 Pesos. Smoking area is located at the GF open parking space in front of lobby entrance.

•Please be honest with your head count to avoid any inconvenience. The unit will be prepared based on the confirmed guests stated on (URL HIDDEN), this will also help us to provide you the best experience.

•Guests that are not confirmed or doesn't have any prior arrangement is/or not allowed to stay overnight. Please let us know if there will be any additional head count after your booking so we can make arrangement.
