THE VILLA
Classic & simple but comfy style, the house of 180 m2 offers 3 large air-conditioned rooms well separated from each other. Each person/couple can have its privacy. 2 bedrooms share one of the bathroom but have a different access to it. One room overlooks the pool (it's usually the most popular) while the 2 other bedrooms located in the back are quieter. We have a foldable single bed to accommodate freely a 7th person if needed.

The open-air kitchen and living room allow the tropical breeze and natural light to flood the living spaces.

There is a TV room with a Balinese bed for the comfort of all. Apple TV device, cable channels and a DVD player are at your disposal with a large stock of films.

The pool (9m x 3m) offers a platform where children and babies can play more easily. 1/3 of the pool offers a shallow section (20cm depth) to soak in the sun or play with the kids.

2 sunbeds and 2 bean bags await you. We have some inflatable toys for the pleasure of everyone.

There is a WC and an outdoor shower. To ensure the safety of your children, we can install a pool fence (cost is approx 17 USD/day).

Finally, it's agreed not to make noise after 10.00 PM. Parties are forbidden in the villa. In our street, calm is our luxury. There is no problem to have fun during the day or a lively dinner but it's not possible to make too much noise after 10.00 pm.

CLEANING
The house is serviced every day from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm (except on Sundays) by Made, the housekeeper. The garden and the pool are maintained Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm by the gardener (his name Komang).
They have their own keys so do not be surprised to find them at the villa if you come back in the afternoon. Trusted employees, I have been working with them for more than 10 years without having a single problem.

EXTRAS
- We can provide for free a baby cot, stroller and high chair if needed
- Pool protection barrier for kids upon request approx 17USD / day
- Cleaning fees are included in the rental price

Continental, Indonesian, Gluten free breakfast are possible at the villa. The cost is 10 USD/person. You need to book this service one day in advance. The same Chef can also come to prepare you an International or Indonesian lunch/dinner at the villa. The cost is 30 USD (for the whole family) + the cost of the groceries (cheap if you do not have too exotic requests).

SECURITY
There is a security guard in the street at night. His name is also Made. You will see is little cabin at the entrance of the street.

Our guests have access to the entire house without restriction. Only the garage is closed, but it's anyway easier to park in the street. As it is a dead-end street + not too many persons have a car, so the parking spots are almost all free.

The district of Seminyak is unique for its concentration of restaurants, bars, spas, shops & nightlife activities all by the sea.

The villa is located in the small quiet part just behind this animation. It's is main asset. From the villa you can take 3 different small roads, that will serve as shortcuts to go to the desired neighborhood. Given the intense traffic in Bali at times, these small paths will save you precious minutes whether you are walking or driving.

Road 1: 2 minute walk (300m) takes you to the main street of restaurants, bars, shops ... where you can find La Favela, Sisterfields, Mama san, Bali Cafe, Chandi, Religion, Red Carpet, Bikini, Grocer & Grind, Rumors, Soho, Trattoria, Earth cafe

Road 2: Head to Petitenget / Umalas / Canggu. In 4 minutes walk you will be at Kudeta, the famous beach club .... a little further (still by walk) you will find Sea Circus, Body Works (massages), Mexicola, Luciola, Petitenget, Bambu, Sea Vu Play, the world famous Potato Head and the W Hotel .... Even further you will come to Petitenget and its Star restaurants with Metis, Sardines, Sarong, Da Maria ... to name only the famous ones ...

Road 3: The third and last road will take you directly to the Gado Gado beach .... you will then be a few meters from La Plancha, Gado Gado restaurant, Anantara hotel and the lounge club, Opium. Approx 15mn walk

The nearest supermarket is 400 meters from the house but you will find plenty of convenient stores at 100/200 meters around.

There is little public transport in Bali. On the other hand taxis are everywhere and not expensive. Most tourists rent cars (25-30 € / day) or scooters (4-5 € / day). The cost is really reasonable, we can help you for rentals if needed. You can also rent a car with a private driver for the day. The price is around 40-50 € / day and we can refer you to providers if needed.

It's forbidden to smoke in the bedroom but tolerated in the open spaces.

Parties are not allowed and we ask you to limit the noise starting from 10.00 pm.
