แนวคิดการออกแบบ เนื่องจากมีคุณแม่เป็นแนวคิดหลัก ประกอบกับอาคารตั้งอยู่ในย่านตลาดคนไทยเชื้อสายจีน จึงออกแบบมาให้มีกลิ่นไอความเป็นจีน-ร่วมสมัย ห้องพักทั้งสามห้องมีชื่อว่า มังกร หงส์ และกิเลน ซึ่งล้วนแล้วแต่เป็นสัตว์มงคลของจีน และเลือกใช้สี เหลืองทอง แดง และฟ้าเทอคอยซ์ ตามลำดับ ในการเป็นโทนสีหลักที่ใช้ในการตกแต่งห้อง

ห้องกิเลน หรือ Kirin ตกแต่งด้วยโทนสีฟ้าเทอคอยซ์ อยู่ที่ชั้นสองตรงข้ามกับห้องหงส์ ด้านหน้าห้องเป็นโถงบันไดที่เจาะหลังคาให้มีแสงธรรมชาติส่องเข้ามา และมีต้นไผ่ตกแต่งสร้างบรรยากาศอยู่ ประกอบไปด้วยห้องนอนใหญ่ มีเตียงคู่ ห้องน้ำในตัว และห้องเตียงสองชั้นที่ทำจากไม้สัก เหมาะอย่างยิ่งที่จะเป็นห้องเด็ก เมื่อมาพักผ่อนเป็นครอบครัวค่ะ ห้องกิเลนก็มีห้องครัวเล็กๆ และห้องรับประทานอาหารสำหรับ 4 ท่านเช่นกันค่ะ

Blue walls, vintage blue lamp, paintings, throw pillows, tissue box and shower closet tinted in blue for exploring. There are twin-beds room and a set of bunk bedroom for 2 persons, 2 showers and a dining area with totally 52 sq. m.

Space and Story
The 65 years old brick and wood buildings are renovated into 3 spacious family stays. All the
original wooden structures are conserved back entirely throughout the house, keeping them
as Over Sea Chinese style, whereas guests may explore as well the charm of vintage
furniture. Sue Ping Family Stay is intimately named after the original owner who in the year
1927 immigrated from China at the age of 5.
