At our apartment we offer the experience to live like a local in the heart of the city and find out for yourself! Located in a brand new building in Baixa lies this modern, comfortable and fully equipped 120sqm 1-bedroom apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor with 4 amazing balconies right on Rua do Carmo. Access is done by the Ground floor via Rua do Carmo, or by the 5th floor via the Topo Chiado/ Largo do Carmo.

This is an opportunity to enjoy a stay right in the heart of the city center just next to the famous Santa Justa Elevator, 3 min away from the metro station, and 5 min away from the Praça do Comércio!

The location is immensely sought after by all those visiting Lisbon as it in the perfect spot to sample to all of Lisbon´s favorite pastimes, such as;
- Shopping in Chiado;
- Walking to the Praça do Comércio to watch the sunset;
- Grabbing the train in Rossio station to head to Sintra and Mafra for the day, or;
- Walk to Cais do Sodré to catch the train that goes to Cascais and it´s popular beaches!

- A dining table located in the living room can accommodate up to four people and will allow you to enjoy a delicious breakfast with your loved ones before heading off to discover all that Lisbon as to offer!

DISABLE ACCESS
- There 2 aways to enter the building. For disabled people this is done from the 5th Floor.

PARKING
- Coming by car? We got you. You can park your car at the Largo do Carmo Parking just 3 min walk from the apartment at an additional cost.
