Blessings Holiday Farm is located in Noida 34-A, Alaska Green, Sector-135 having 4 lavish bedrooms with attached bathrooms, living areas, outdoor swimming pool, lawn garden. the blessings farm villa serves as an ideal place for family staycations, leisure escapes, private celebrations, wedding stays corporate retreats and much more.
Guests can access the Entire Villa but kindly adhere to house rules .
Please note - This is a private farmhouse/Villa, not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well-maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests.
Right to admission:
The owner/host has the right to enter the property for periodic inspection and checking. Guests should not refuse access to our team members when requested. We do not wish to invade your privacy, however, we need access sometimes to keep things functioning smoothly.
Swimming Pool Rules:
🔸 Kindly adhere to the Swimming pool timings from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.
🔸Make sure to take shower before entering the swimming pool.
🔸Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited (For safety reasons)
🔸Parties are permitted near the swimming pool area, however, only disposable/plastic glasses are allowed in the pool area. Beer bottles/glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area (Beer cans / Disposable / Plastic glassware is allowed)
🔸 Non-swimmers and kids (unattended) are not allowed to enter our pool area.
🔸 Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk. Any mishap/accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host (the owners of the property or any of the workers at the property).
🔸 Non-compliance with swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refund. (This is for the safety of guests).
🔸 Guests will be asked to sign a liability disclaimer before entering the swimming pool.
Please be mindful of the neighbours and refrain from playing loud music or indulging in activities that might disturb others, particularly after 8:00 pm.
Since the property is a farmhouse, near the open land area, there are natural wild creatures and insects which live in the vicinity; however, they do not harm humans if not disturbed.
