Our apartment is located on the 11th Floor of Jazz 2 and is on top of Sarawak finest and most crowded Vivacity MegaMall.
With only 1 button lift to lobby, you will enjoy variety of restaurants as well as retails shop that only Vivacity Megamall have.
Without jams, we are only 10min away from the airport and you will reach Kuching Heart (Waterfront) within 10 min.
Not to say, we have the finest Medical Centre called Borneo Medical Centre that is just 5 min drive.

The arriving day we will send you a self check in guide for your convenient.
All our condominium come with 1 car park.
Additional car park will need to park at the mall.
Our apartment is adjacent to the biggest mall in Kuching, Vivacity Megamall. It has a variety of restaurants. From airport to our condominium without traffic jam will only take you 10 minute to arrive.
We are located at the centre of Kuching hence if you want to go to the waterfront, it will take you 10 minute drive.
Our condominium is GRAB ready 24 hour. We do have GRAB Drop Off/Pick up location for easily taking grab.
If you are here for medical facilities, Borneo Medical Centre, KPJ Specialist, Sarawak Government hospital is all less than 10 minute drive.
