Located in Makati, Central Business District of Metro Manila, Philippines. We cater mostly to couples who want to stay for a short weekend staycation, foreigners who are in the Philippines for a vacation, or businessmen who have some transactions to make. We are right next to Century City Mall. And just a few mins/blocks away from other malls, grocery stores, train station, and everything else.

Property is a 12 private room, 2 storey house with 2 Kitchens and 3 Shared Bathrooms.

Each room will have one queen sized bed, desk, hanging cabinet and chair. Shared bathrooms will just be down the halls. You will be provided with a complete set of linens and towels.

Generally all areas aside from bedrooms are accessible to everyone. Some areas to note: We have a common living area that has smart TV with Netflix for movie night, reading nooks with a wide selection of classic books (in our opinion), living spaces, dining areas, kitchens, balcony, etc.

Some things to note: Wifi is a 50mbps (50 download, 50 upload) fiber internet connection, free simple breakfast starting 8am everyday, just some bread, jams, and brewed coffee. Bathrooms (because they are shared) are congested from 7-8am and 10-11am. Other than that, it's a non-issue.

For appliances, all are available to use for everyone; the iron and hair dryer which is only by request. Feel free to ask the housekeeper if you're not sure how to run them.

Our housekeeper , lives there so if you have any inquiries or concerns, you can approach her anytime. Like maybe you need directions to go to the mall or other places. You can also reach us through her or by email.

The core of our Agoda listings is the meeting of the communities who stay with us. We advice you to interact with other guests and do stuff together.
