There are two extra seats for them, perfect spot for catching-up with your friends and loved ones too. The dining area has an oval marble dining table that can comfortably seat four persons. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all you need for preparing meals. Cooking has never been this gratifying! Both bedrooms comes with king-sized bed that has a hotel-quality mattress fitted with quality linens and pillows for a complete relaxation after a long day exploring Dubai Marina has to offer. Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes. The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities. With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air. The parking is available upon request if you have your ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, there is a nearby tram station called Marina Towers Tram Station (3 minutes away) that you can ride if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. It is also connected to a train station that is the Damac Properties Metro Station where you can ride a train to go around in Dubai (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.). House rules include being respectful of the neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. No smoking allowed.
